Prior to construction, our dedicated overseas engineering team visited the Kuwait site for direct discussions with the project owner.We reviewed renderings for both villa facades, catalogued all arched and rectangular window dimensions, and tweaked frame ratios, glass grilles and opening styles to align with regional design tastes.

All pointed arched windows use thermally bent aluminium extrusions. The seamless curved frames eliminate unsightly welds and fit perfectly against the pre-cast arched concrete openings.Exterior frames feature heavy-duty fluorocarbon grey coating, engineered to withstand sand abrasion, strong UV rays and coastal salt spray, preventing fading and peeling under harsh desert sunlight.Clients may opt for wood-grain transfer finishes on inner frames to create warm interiors that complement local decor.

Every window and door on this Kuwait villa uses multi-chamber thermal break aluminium frames fitted with imported PA66 thermal strips, alongside double silver Low-E inert gas-filled insulated double glazing. This setup blocks exterior heat transfer, slashing summer air conditioning loads and complying with regional green building energy codes.

We fitted every sash with upgraded four-layer EPDM composite gaskets and concealed stepped drainage channels within the profiles. The system stops sand and rain from penetrating indoors even during severe sandstorms or downpours, eliminating the recurring issue of sand buildup typical of desert climates.

All hardware consists of corrosion-treated 304 stainless steel multi-point locks. They withstand salty desert air without rust and deliver smooth operation for decades.

Project photos document the villa’s full construction journey, from raw concrete structure to final renderings, alongside on-site coordination between ANGLE technicians and local collaborators.

During early construction, the building was wrapped in bamboo scaffolding.  The other is a concise three-storey villa with three top arched windows on the top floor and vertical long rectangular windows on the lower two floors, presenting a lighter modern Islamic temperament. ANGLE carries out targeted window design for both styles: arched windows adopt fixed decorative glass grids to retain the elegant arch outline; vertical rectangular windows adopt inward casement opening mode, which is safe for families with children and convenient for daily ventilation and cleaning. All glass is fully tempered laminated safety glass, which will not splash sharp fragments even if impacted, complying with Kuwait’s local residential building safety codes.
